About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can work flexibly from home and office and represent the company in client and corporate meetings. This role is ideal for BBA/MBA students or early professionals seeking practical exposure in HR and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and growth activities

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients

• Coordinate with clients and internal HR teams

• Attend client meetings and corporate meetings on behalf of the company

• Maintain client records and basic reports

• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations

Requirements

• Male candidate only

• Graduate or pursuing BBA/MBA (HR or related field)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to attend meetings and field visits when required

• Knowledge of HR/recruitment is an advantage

• Self-motivated, organized, and ready to learn
