Job Description - Business Development Executive (Stock Market)
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and referrals.
Explain the company's stock market services, trading platforms, and investment products to clients.
Understand client requirements and guide them regarding Demat account opening, trading accounts, and investment options.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into active customers.
Maintain client relationships and provide basic support regarding company services.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain records of daily calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
Basic understanding of stock market concepts (training will be provided if needed).
Ability to convince and handle customer queries professionally.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
