Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Client Acquisition:
Target and acquire new direct clients or prime vendors. Understand their staffing needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and decision-makers (e.g., hiring managers, VPs, procurement teams).
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain and track opportunities, proposals, negotiations, and closures through CRM tools.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates based on client requirements.
Market Research:
Stay up to date with US market trends, client industries, and competitor activity.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales or Business Development
Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099), tax terms, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
