We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Supply team at Wify Installco.
The candidate must be fluent in Tamil (knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage).
The role involves hiring, onboarding, and managing technicians for the Tamil Nadu region.
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
📍 Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Source, call, and onboard technicians for the Tamil Nadu region.
Maintain and update accurate records in Google Sheets and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for training, onboarding, and deployment.
Track and ensure timely completion of onboarding targets.
Support the Supply team in achieving monthly hiring and activation goals.
Mandatory: Fluency in Tamil (other South Indian languages preferred).
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
