Key Responsibilities :
• Train, operate, support and testing of ERP software with customer team at customers office.
• Interface with the customers/users to train and create an understanding of our software product.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Work at customer site for day to day software implementation, support and operational tasks.
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Be the main point of customer contact and troubleshooting
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively Identify and handle change requests
• Clearly communicate with client
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in software support & implementation
• Computer & IT Engineers, MCA, M.sc (IT) preferred
• Must be speaking local language
