Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect new clients through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
· Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to close sale effectively.
· Meet and exceed sales target and KPIs on a regular basis.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
· Prepare and negotiate sales activities, market trends.
· Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market conditions
· Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Skills:
· 1-3years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferably in Industrial products.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Self-starter with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· A customer-centric mindset and solution-oriented approach.
