Job Description:
New Client Acquisition
Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.
Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.
Closure and Collection: Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.
Process Adherence: Execution of the role in line with the organization’s guidelines and processes.
Build organization assets – Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.
Required skills:
1) Graduate with Good communication skills.
2) Comfortable with cold calling with 1-2 years’ experience of B2B sales.
3) Must have Client & escalation Handling Skills.
4) Confident, Pleasing and a go-getter personality.
5) Attitude & Aptitude for Sales.
6) Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns
