Job Summary
Graviti Properties is looking for a confident and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to manage high-value client interactions and grow real estate business in Dubai. The role involves meeting potential professional clients such as doctors, lawyers, builders, and investors, along with managing and nurturing an existing customer group to drive repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and engage with potential sector clients including doctors, lawyers, builders, and business owners
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and investor groups
Generate new business through referrals, meetings, and networking
Conduct property presentations for Dubai off-plan and ready projects
Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures in a timely manner
Maintain accurate client data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline reports
Participate in property expos, private meetings, and client events
Deliver high standards of customer service and post-sales support
Desired Candidate Profile with 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or client relationship roles
Comfortable meeting HNI and professional clients
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills
Presentable, confident, and professional personality
Target-oriented with a consultative selling approach
Knowledge of Dubai real estate is an added advantage
