Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email marketing.
Connect with businesses needing digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Sales & Business Growth
Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients.
Prepare and present proposals tailored to clients' needs.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address client queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services when applicable.
Market Research & Strategy Development
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align client expectations.
Develop and implement new business strategies for growth.
Requirements:
6-1 years of experience in business development/sales
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach strategies is a plus.
