The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in financial markets, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 - 20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Present company products and services to potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate investment solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems with client interactions.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Good understanding of financial products / stock market
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)
