Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in financial markets, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 - 20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Present company products and services to potential clients.

• Understand client needs and provide appropriate investment solutions.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems with client interactions.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Good understanding of financial products / stock market

• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
