JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven experience in cold calling (40–50 calls per day), and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, will be an added advantage. The role involves conducting market research, initiating contact with prospects, and ensuring effective follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform 40–50 cold calls per day to prospective clients.
Engage potential leads by clearly communicating the value proposition of IT solutions.
Schedule meetings and set appointments for senior sales team members.
Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to drive engagement.
Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Identify and evaluate potential customers and key decision-makers.
Work effectively in a target-driven environment to meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.
Understand and communicate the core features and benefits of IT solutions offered by the company.
Utilize tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn for lead generation, prospecting, and outreach activities.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Service Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong cold-calling experience and ability to perform outreach confidently.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct effective market research and identify new opportunities.
Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week (Weekends Off)
