About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Female candidates only) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build client trust, and a passion for driving business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Approach and connect with potential clients via chats and calls.

Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Explain company services clearly and professionally to clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and reliability.

Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Maintain proper records of client communication and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and client engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass; pursuing graduation or graduate can apply.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong convincing ability and client-handling skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
