🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking a Telesales Executive with excellent communication and convincing skills to manage and convert leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate will play a key role in driving bookings for our hotel and villas by engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and offering the best hospitality solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for leads generated via Meta Ads campaigns.

• Understand customer needs (stay purpose, group size, budget, etc.) and offer suitable packages.

• Convince & convert leads into confirmed bookings with a customer-first approach.

• Maintain a structured lead management system and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the reservations/operations team to confirm bookings and special requests.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer preferences.

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales / telecalling, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; additional languages a plus).

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable working with CRM or lead management tools.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
