Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Assist the BD team in reaching out to leads via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
Support in onboarding new clients and handling basic client queries.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, delivery) to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as required.
Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team.
Contribute to brainstorming new strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn.
