Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Study Abroad / MBBS Abroad

💼 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Ed-Tech, with at least 2 years in Study Abroad B2B business development (MBBS Abroad experience preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
• Identify, research & onboard potential B2B partners (education agencies, coaching centers, consultants for Study Abroad & MBBS abroad programs).
• Negotiate & finalize agreements aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships for long-term collaboration.
• Develop & execute sales strategies to expand the partner network.
• Ensure consistent lead generation through B2B channels.
• Monitor partner performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Operations & Support
• Train partners on application processes, admission requirements, and visa guidelines.
• Share timely updates on university policies, scholarships, and program changes (especially MBBS abroad).
• Maintain partner data, sales pipeline & reports through CRM tools.
• Ensure compliance with company standards & international education regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Ed-Tech; at least 2 years in Study Abroad B2B (MBBS abroad preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of international admissions, visas & MBBS abroad requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Proven target-driven approach with strong relationship-building ability.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), MS Office.
