We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic insurance sales team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the sales of insurance products to meet revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions (Life, Health, Motor, Property, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
Conduct product presentations and explain policy details to clients.
Follow up with clients for documentation, premium payments, and policy issuance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools or internal systems.
Collaborate with the underwriting and customer service teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets.
Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
