About the role

As a Business Developer at Saksham Signs, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. We are seeking a Business Developer with strong industry experience in fabrication, designing, wooden creation, or custom product manufacturing.

Location – Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.

Core responsibilities –

Business Growth & Sales - Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in fabrication and wooden designing industries, Generate leads through networking, industry visits, online research, and market intelligence, Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions, Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and quotations, Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals.

 

Client Relationship Management- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business, Coordinate with design, production, and fabrication teams to ensure accurate project execution, Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

 

Project Coordinator – Work closely with internal teams to track project progress, timelines, and quality, Ensure smooth communication between clients and operations teams, Address customer issues, changes, and feedback promptly.

 

Client Satisfaction – Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work with the internal team to provide quick resolutions.

 

Market Research & Strategy – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, Contribute to business strategy planning based on industry insights, Identify emerging opportunities in fabrication, designing, and wooden decor industries.

 

 

Must have skills –

Qualification -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

 

Experience Require- 5+ Yrs of Experience in relevant profile, experience in fabrication, interior designing, wooden designing, or related industries.

 

Excellent Communication Skills – Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Technical Skills- Strong understanding of custom fabrication processes, materials, and design concepts, Ability to build long-term professional relationships, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Experience in signage, metal fabrication, carpentry, modular furniture, or interior projects is an advantage, Knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D design tools, or production drawings is a plus.

 

Problem-Solving Ability – Ability to handle client issues swiftly and effectively in collaboration with the internal team.

 

Client-Focused Approach – A professional demeanor that reflects well on Saksham Signs and fosters long-term client relationships.
