Job Overview:
We are hiring MBA freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for global business for the role of International Business Development Executive in the chemical industry. This role offers exciting exposure to international markets, client relationship management, and the business side of specialty and industrial chemical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in expanding company’s footprint in international markets
Communicate with overseas clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
Travel to international exhibitions, trade shows, and client locations as required
Promote and explain chemical products and technical solutions to clients
Generate new leads and maintain strong business relationships globally
Coordinate with internal technical and export teams for timely deliveries
Prepare proposals, business presentations, and sales documentation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned regions
Key Skills & Expectations:
Excellent spoken and written English is a must; additional languages are a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs
Confident, culturally aware, and professional in international interactions
Ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
MBA in International Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
