Defining, developing and implementing business process in line with the company’s objectives and strategies. b) Responsible for the following: Day to day operations, finalizing recruitment of candidates, overseeing performance of customer service representatives, sales staff, Accounts, HR, Administration and other employees. c) Establish and monitor systems, processes and standard operating procedures within the organization. d) Keep track of the training needs. e) Hire, train, mentor, review and guide new senior managers. f) Effectively lead the branch teams for smooth functioning of the business. g) Liaise with the Head Office and ensure 100% compliance to policies processes. h) Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. Stay abreast of competitors and provide reports on market movement and competitive intelligence. i) j) Prepare a budget reflecting the allocation of funds in order to gain approval from HO.
