Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 plus incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B project sales. This role focuses on engaging with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients to drive business in the premium interior décor segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with 3–4 prospective clients daily
Build and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers to ensure product specification in projects
Participate in project pitches and support deal closures
Explore and develop new business opportunities in the interior project space
Maintain a consistent pipeline through diligent follow-ups and long-cycle relationship management
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B field sales (retail sales experience is not suitable)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage extended sales cycles
Educational Qualification: Graduate or MBA preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
