Job Title:
Business Consultant Executive and Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business plans with assigned leads, focusing on long-term growth and client satisfaction.
• Design strategies and plans for client acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Assist in the execution of plans and strategies, overseeing progress and development.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, educate, and supervise the business development team, ensuring project achievement.
• Manage business deals, contract negotiations, and operational activities.
• Provide detailed reports and updates to upper management on market trends, new opportunities, and performance.
