
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell banking products, primarily CASA (Current Account & Savings Account). The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and coordination with branch teams to achieve business targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Savings and Current Account (CASA) customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation
Promote bank products such as CASA, FD, RD, and cross-sell products
Identify potential customers and explain product features and benefits
Ensure accurate KYC documentation and smooth account opening process
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the bank
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support
Coordinate with branch operations team for account activation and issue resolution
Maintain proper sales reports, customer data, and MIS
Follow bank policies, compliance, and sales guidelines strictly
