• Have prior experience in fashion sales, client coordination, or boutique management
• Can manage customer interactions professionally and confidently
• Understand fabric, garment categories, and basic fashion terminology
• Are comfortable with billing, invoicing, and handling customer orders
• Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain records and sales documentation
• Can coordinate between sales, production, and design teams for smooth order processing
Responsibilities:
• Managing walk-in and appointment-based client interactions
• Taking and recording orders accurately
• Generating invoices and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Coordinating with production for dispatch timelines
• Maintaining sales records and assisting with stock updates
• Supporting exhibitions, previews, and in-house events where required
