Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Welcome walk-in customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

• Explain Yamaha product features, technical specifications, variants, pricing, and promotions.

• Suggest suitable models based on customer requirements and budget.

• Arrange and coordinate test rides if applicable.

• Follow up with customers through calls, messages, or emails to convert enquiries into bookings.

Sales Process Handling

• Prepare and present quotations to customers.

• Guide customers through booking, financing, insurance, and registration procedures.

• Assist with loan and insurance documentation and liaise with respective partners.

• Coordinate with the delivery team for vehicle handover and post-sale follow-up.

• Maintain customer relationship before and after sales for feedback and referrals.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and booking registers/CRM entries.

• Update daily sales activities and target achievements.

• Submit reports to Sales Manager as per schedule.

• Collect and verify customer documents for loan, insurance, and registration.

  (For Senior Sales Consultant Only):

• Mentor and support junior sales staff in product knowledge and customer handling.

• Take the lead during high-volume customer periods and special events.

• Help coordinate team targets and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in any stream

• Experience:

  • Sales Consultant: 0–2 years in two-wheeler/auto sales

  • Senior Sales Consultant: 3–5 years in two-wheeler/auto sales with proven track record

• Languages: Proficiency in local language; basic English
