We are looking for a Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at KrishnaNitya Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales targets through team leadership, implementing sales plans, and recruiting/developing agency leaders and advisors (BDMs, LAs).

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, coach, and motivate sales teams to improve productivity and skill sets.

• Operations Management: Oversee daily branch activities, workflow, compliance, and service delivery (SLA adherence).

• Customer Management: Manage customer relationships, handle queries, and resolve issues to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Reporting & Strategy: Monitor performance metrics, analyse competitor activities, and report to senior management.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI (or relevant regulatory) guidelines.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years Proven track record in insurance/sales, with management experience preferred.

• Leadership: Strong ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.

• Sales Acumen: Expertise in life insurance products, sales management, and agency/direct channel development.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Analytical: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree often required.
