We are searching an Sales Manager for Decorative Panels is responsible for driving sales of decorative panel products, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. They also analyse market trends, set sales goals, and contribute to product development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies:
This includes identifying target markets, developing sales plans, and implementing promotional activities.
· Build and maintain customer relationships:
Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
· Set and track sales targets:
Establish realistic sales goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to the sales team.
· Prepare and present sales reports:
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Contribute to product development:
Provide feedback on product needs and features based on customer insights and market research.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in sales and sales management, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the decorative panel market and relevant industry trends.
