Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Team Management:
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Officers/Executives to maximize their performance.
Market Development:
Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Channel Management:
Appoint, train, and manage channel partners (dealers/distributors) and ensure smooth order flow.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales data, competitor activities, and market trends; prepare regular reports for management.
Promotional Activities:
Implement promotional campaigns and branding activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely delivery, service, and support.
