Agency Manager

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven Agency Managers with proven experience in recruiting and managing agents in the insurance, mutual fund, or BFSI industry. The Agency Manager will be responsible for building a strong team of agents, training them, and supporting them in driving business across multiple wealth creation products.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Recruitment & Team Building

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard agents from insurance, mutual fund, or related industries.

  • Build a motivated team capable of selling diverse financial products.

• Training & Development

  • Provide structured training to agents on products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Pre-IPO opportunities, and Insurance.

  • Mentor agents to improve sales techniques, compliance, and client servicing.

• Business Growth & Support
  Guide agents in achieving sales targets and expanding client base.

• Monitor performance and provide continuous support to ensure productivity.

• Drive revenue growth through effective team management and product penetration.

• Compliance & Professional Standards

• Ensure all agents adhere to regulatory and company compliance requirements.

• Uphold ethical standards in client interactions and product distribution.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).

• Prior experience as an Agency Manager or in agent recruitment within insurance, mutual funds, or financial services.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to train, motivate, and drive agents toward achieving business goals.
