We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. This role is focused on direct sales and student admissions, requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and target achievement skills. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, and passionate about guiding students toward career opportunities in the aviation and related sectors.
Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets through direct marketing and follow-ups.
Convert leads into successful admissions through tele-calling, counseling sessions, and presentations.
Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential students through lead management and follow-ups.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events to generate leads.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or target-based roles (preferably in education/training/aviation industry).
Strong communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi mandatory).
Highly motivated with a strong sales drive and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
