Job Summary: The Admission Counselor is responsible for recruiting, advising, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This role involves evaluating applications, conducting interviews, providing information about academic programs and campus life, and representing the institution at college fairs and outreach events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with prospective students via email, phone, and in-person meetings. • Review and evaluate applications and supporting documents.
• Conduct interviews and campus tours. • Represent the institution at recruitment events, high school visits, and college fairs.
• Provide information on admission requirements, academic programs, financial aid, and student life.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on prospective students.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.
