The role involves guiding and counseling them effectively, addressing their concerns, and helping them make an informed decision. The goal is to convert inquiries into admissions by establishing trust and providing accurate information.

Scheduling:
Promptly call parents who have enquired through various channels
Schedule campus visits and meetings
Counseling & School Tours:
Meet and counsel visiting parents (scheduled or walk-in)
Understand their requirements and provide relevant school information
Process Adherence:
Ensure all steps of the admissions process are followed thoroughly
Conversions:
Maximize conversion of leads into confirmed admissions
Lead Nurturing:
Maintain engagement with prospective parents through timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or messages
Reporting:
Maintain and process lead data using CRM tools
Provide regular updates to leadership and remote teams
Competition Awareness:
Stay informed about offerings of competitor schools in the area
Community Outreach:
Build relationships with nearby preschools and parent communities to generate referrals
Parent Engagement:
Understand and empathize with the concerns and mindset of parents
Feedback Collection:
Provide relevant feedback from parents to marketing, academic, and administrative teams
