Job Description:

New Horizon Group of Schools is seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to join our team in Thane and Airoli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents and students through the admission process while achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student & Parent Counseling

• Provide detailed information about school programs, curriculum, fees, and admission procedures.

• Understand the needs and expectations of parents and students to suggest appropriate programs.

• Conduct counseling sessions in-person, via phone, and online platforms.

2. Sales & Enrollment

• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by following up and building relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.

3. Marketing & Outreach Support

• Represent the school at education fairs, workshops, and community events.

• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.

4. Administrative Duties

• Assist parents and students in completing application forms and necessary documentation.

• Maintain student databases and admission records.

• Liaise with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as an Admission Counselor or in educational sales.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with school admission processes is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
