JOB TITLE - Education Counselor
EXPERIENCE - 1-3 Years

LOCATION- Sector 4 ( Near Noida sector 16)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely information to students and parents regarding UG and PG programs offered by the institution.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions over the phone to understand student goals, academic background, and interests.

• Guide students through the admissions process, including course selection, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and deadlines.

• Build and maintain a strong database of prospective students and follow up to convert leads into enrollments.

• Prepare and maintain records of counseling sessions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  
  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in academic counseling or a student advisory role is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address student needs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

  • Basic in MS Office and CRM (NPF) systems is an advantage.
