Role Description

As an Admission Counsellor your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Make outgoing calls to prospective students.

• Clearly explain the benefits and features of our spoken English programs, highlighting how they can address students' needs.

• Schedule appointments for interested students to attend a free counselling session or demo class.

• Follow up with interested candidates.

• Motivate & convince candidates to join the course best suited for them.

• Maintain accurate records of your calls and interactions with potential students in our CRM system.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout all phone interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

·         Ability to communicate clearly and ability to motivate.

·         Punctuality and ownership.

·         Result-orientation.

·         Proven track record in a sales/business development role.

·         Convincing and motivating skills.

·         Patience to listen to the candidates.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality.

·         Empathy to understand and share the feelings of candidates

Salary Offered:

INR 1,80,000- INR 3,00,000 + Incentives
