We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Business Development Executive includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering strong connections and meeting enrollment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals.
Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.
Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learners.
Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans.
Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Customer Service skills
Sales and Education knowledge
Experience in a similar role in the education sector is a plus
Graduation in any stream
