Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and online inquiries
Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities
Follow up with leads through calls & WhatsApp
Assist students with admission and documentation
Maintain daily reports and CRM records
Coordinate with trainers for batch updates
Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & WhatsApp Business)
Ability to follow leads and close admissions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in counselling/telecalling/sales is an added advantage
