The Admissions Counsellor will be handling enquiries from prospective learners regarding various course offerings, enrolment procedures and other related issues. You will be attending to Calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media posts. You are expected to convert the interest of the incoming enquiries into enrolment in the program. Since the customer segment is global, you will be connecting to prospective students from across the world.
Roles and Responsibilities
Generate leads from various sources for the courses offered on the platform
Connect with the inquiries generated from marketing campaigns for the product and accurately address their questions about the product.
Convert inquiries for the program into course enrollments.
Understand the requirements of prospective students and assist them with the appropriate solution/product.
Guide prospective learners through the application and enrollment process.
Carry out other sales support activities/processes as defined by the management from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in the English language (verbal and written).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Performance-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
