Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing student/client relationships, and driving admissions growth for international education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential students through inbound and outbound channels.
Promote overseas education opportunities in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, etc.
Counsel students regarding their academic and career goals and guide them through the application and visa processes.
Build partnerships with colleges, institutions, and referral networks.
Maintain and update CRM with student data and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments (documentation, counseling, visa) for seamless client handling.
Meet monthly targets for lead conversion and student enrollments.
Attend education fairs, webinars, and seminars to generate leads and increase brand presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: business, marketing, or education).
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or education consulting (preferably in the study abroad domain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
