Job Opportunity: Study Abroad Counsellor

Location: Cochin, Chennai, Vijayawada, Coimbatore

Education: Any Graduate

Max Age: 32 years

Experience Required: 2+ years in EdTech

CTC Range: ₹5 LPA to ₹7 LPA (up to 25% increase on last drawn CTC, but not exceeding ₹7 LPA)

Key Requirements

• High Sales Acumen with experience in high-ticket sales

• Proven target orientation, including handling sales pressure

• Stability in work history: at least 1 year spent with each prior employer

• Flexibility to work 10 AM–8 PM shifts, and handle office & virtual work

• Should be open to travel as needed for face-to-face counseling or business requirements

• Languages: Fluent in Telugu and English

Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively counsel and convert students for international education programs

• Maintain strong knowledge across universities, courses, visas & application procedures

• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets, consistently following up with students

• Manage end-to-end process: from inquiry, profiling, conversion, documentation, to closure

• Build and maintain relationships with educational partners, handle inquiries and queries

• Prepare and submit reports on activities, performance metrics
