Age Limit:

• Current Account: Up to 30 years

• Savings Account: Up to 28 years

Salary:

• Freshers (Savings Account): Up to ₹4.6 LPA

• Experienced (Min. 1 yr BFSI sales): Up to ₹5.2 LPA

Role Overview

Acquire new customers for the bank’s Current and Savings Accounts through field visits, referrals, and branch activities. Ensure quality onboarding, promote digital usage, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire CA/SA customers in assigned catchment.

• Generate leads via networking and local activities.

• Onboard and activate customers on digital platforms.

• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

• Maintain compliance with bank policies & regulations.

• Conduct HNI acquisition drives and build visibility.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline.

• SA: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)

• CA: 1–3 years sales experience (BFSI preferred)

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven and comfortable in a field role.
