Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students about our courses, handling admissions, and achieving enrollment targets. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.

• Understand students’ needs and suggest suitable programs.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database.

• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.

• Assist students with admission documentation and enrollment process.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.

• Coordinate with the operations/academic team for smooth onboarding.

• Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
