Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their educational and professional goals, recommend suitable cybersecurity certification programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling relevant programs and services to maximize client value.
Generate leads through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to align organizational offerings with client demands and industry developments.
Preferred Skill Sets:
Demonstrated success in a sales or counselling role, preferably in inside sales or educational services.
Proactive, driven, and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
Must be goal-focused with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
