Responsibilities of an Academic Counsellor

• Counsel students and guide them in choosing suitable courses.

• Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.

• Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records.

• Build and maintain strong student relationships.

• Conduct counseling sessions and presentations.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

• Ensure high student satisfaction and resolve queries.

• Participate in marketing activities and events.
