ABOUT THE ROLE                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    We are looking for the female Academic Counsellor who have basic knowledge of sales and will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries, and supporting the admission process. The role requires strong communication skills, basic backend knowledge, and the ability to convert leads through effective counselling and sales coordination.         

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Counsel students regarding academic courses and admission processes 
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students 
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling 
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication 
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets 
• Maintain and update student records, follow-ups, and documentation 
• Coordinate with backend teams for application and document processing 
• Provide accurate information related to eligibility, courses, and procedures 


REQUIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY
• Female candidates only 
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales / academic counselling / telecalling 
• Basic backend knowledge (data entry, documentation, follow-ups) 
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi 
• Comfortable with calling, counselling, and closing leads 
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) 
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset 


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Graduation in any discipline (Preferred)
