Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Handle incoming calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Guide students based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
Maintain proper records of leads, visits, and admissions.
Work closely with the tele calling and academic teams to achieve monthly targets.
Participate in student engagement and retention activities.
Ensure excellent student experience through personalized counselling and follow-ups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, convincing, and problem-solving ability.
Good command of English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and student-centric approach.
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–10 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
