Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures.

• Handle incoming calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Guide students based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

• Maintain proper records of leads, visits, and admissions.

• Work closely with the tele calling and academic teams to achieve monthly targets.

• Participate in student engagement and retention activities.

• Ensure excellent student experience through personalized counselling and follow-ups.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counselling, convincing, and problem-solving ability.

• Good command of English and local language.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude and student-centric approach.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–10 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
