We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused staff to join our ice cream parlor and café team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and help create a welcoming environment for guests. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹11,000 - ₹14,000 with growth opportunities.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK IN LATE EVENING SHIFT FROM 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders accurately and courteously.
Prepare and serve ice cream, desserts, coffee, beverages, and light café items according to company standards.
Operate the cash register and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area, dining space, kitchen, and equipment.
Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
Follow food safety, sanitation and health regulations.
Assist in opening and closing duties.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, ice cream shop, or customer service role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge preferred.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
