Job Title: Team Member – Store Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Team Member to join our Bakingo store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing store operations, handling orders, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Handle customer queries and provide product information.

• Manage order processing, billing, and cash/POS transactions.

• Ensure proper display and stocking of cakes, desserts, and other products.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store.

• Coordinate with kitchen/delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Handle online, takeaway, and walk-in customer orders efficiently.

• Ensure product availability and report stock shortages to the store manager.

• Support daily store opening and closing activities.

• Work towards delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving store targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

• Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.

• Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in retail, food & beverage, bakery, café, or customer service will be preferred.

• Presentable personality with good interpersonal skills.
