Team Leader for Oura

Channelplay is hiring a Team Leader for the Oura client project. You will manage daily store work, improve sales performance, and support the field team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure work is done on time.

2. Track targets and daily/weekly sales performance for each store and team member.

3. Guide the team on sales steps, product pitching, and store discipline.

4. Ensure team grooming, attendance, and basic rules are followed.

5. Resolve store-level issues and coordinate with internal teams for quick closure.

6. Share simple reports and market updates with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must have a college degree (graduate).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales.

• Team handling experience and ability to drive target achievement.

• Good communication skills in the regional language.

• Experience in Retail Sales, Consumer Electronics, or Lifestyle Retail will be preferred.

• Good market and process understanding, and willingness to visit stores as needed.

Remuneration details:

Minimum Annual TCTC -4,80,000 to Maximum Annual TCTC -9,00,000
