Responsibilities of candidates include:
Should have knowledge and experience of working in the FMCG Retail Industry
Achieving sales target of the store.
Inventory management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Training team members.
Conducting stock take at regular intervals.
Stacking and displaying goods for sale.
Follow SOPs.
Conduct audits.
