🚨 Hiring: Dark Store Supervisor | Blinkit Operations

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Blinkit Dark Store.

📍 Location: [Mention Location – e.g., Moradabad / Aligarh]

💰 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

🕒 Experience Required: 5–10 years in supervision/warehouse/retail operations

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily store operations

• Supervise and handle manpower of approx. 20 staff members

• Ensure smooth order processing, picking & dispatch

• Maintain discipline, attendance & shift management

• Monitor inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage

• Coordinate with delivery partners and management team

• Ensure targets and performance metrics are achieved

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience in warehouse / dark store / retail supervision

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of inventory & operations handling

• Good communication skills
